DW Cattery has been here for over 40 years, on the outskirts of a small village where it's calm and quiet. With plenty of wild birds in the garden, there's always something for our nosey and inquisitive guests to watch.
Nothing is ever too much trouble. We treat every guest as if they were our own and get to know their personalities. We're open all year round, even on Christmas Day.

Where they stay
Indoor runs
Completely indoors. Ideal for house cats, shy cats, older ladies and gents, and young cats who haven't seen the outside world yet. Room for up to 2 cats, with shelves to jump on and cat flaps (which we can fix open for those who don't cat-flap!).
Outdoor chalets
Large covered runs with a heated room at the back, built by Lindee-Lu. Each has a window with a shelf behind it, so they can do what cats do best: sit in the warm and watch what's going on.
Every room has heating, a tall scratching post, toys and two sleeping areas. Family suites for 3 or more cats. We're happy to give medication, including daily insulin injections.
Prices
Per day or part day, the same all year round. Food, litter, heating and cooling all included. No hidden extras.

Bank holidays, Easter and Christmas
Bank holidays 9–10am. Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Monday 9–10am, closed Easter Sunday. Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and the days in between 9–10am. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
Booking enquiry
All cats need up-to-date vaccinations, so please bring their card or a printout from your vet. Something from home, like their bed or an old towel, helps them settle in. We get busy all year, so it's best to book early.

We're a few hundred yards from the traffic lights in Hockliffe. Sat nav usually takes you to the houses just before us, so look for our sign and the gravel drive.
